Legal counsel service for foreign-invested enterprises-------- one full year legal counsel service (with minimum service fee from RMB20K ) which includes but not limited to:
1） render legal counseling regarding its ordinary business operation;
2） provide relevant law and local policy information;
3） provide legal lecturing for the improvement of business management;
4） draft, review and modify business contracts and documents;
5） issue legal opinions or lawyer's letter concerning relevant legal matters;
6） help with company incorporation or alteration registrations etc with government authorities;
7） review or translation of the ordinary business documents; and
8） handling of economic or labor disputes at the pre-litigation or pre-arbitration stage; and
9) representation in the litigation or arbitration cases with a most favorable additional charge.
